Planning a wedding is hard work - we take everything off your hands so that you don't have to lift a finger. Outside of the fun design decisions, we take care of the rest from print to mail and everything in between!

From ceremony programs, to bar details, place settings, and everything in between - we work with our couples to extend their wedding day brand into these details to make it as easy as possible to bring even the smallest of details for your big day to life.

DESIGN AND PROOFS
After booking, you will receive a welcome box in the mail. This box will be full of past sample suites to open and experience the many different embellishment and print method options that we offer!
In the design process, you will receive digital proofs directly to your inbox. All custom packages include unlimited design revisions until each piece is perfect and ready for print and production!
All packages include a 5-piece suite: the main invitation, rsvp card, details card, the rsvp envelope, and the outer envelope. These can also be adjusted to your needs. We guide you through the etiquette so there is no stress!

PRINTED GUEST ADDRESSES
ASSEMBLY, POSTAGE, AND MAILING
Your address spreadsheet can be overwhelming - we include an envelope proof round for one final check. We take care off all of the printing and addressing - gone are the days of handwriting each one!
We care about your suite just as much as you do, which is why all packages include full white glove assembly, postage, and mailing services. We take everything off your hands until the moment they are in the mail!
Your wedding is the biggest day of your life - you deserve a keepsake to cherish your invitation pieces! Every couple receives their invitation suite housed in a foil-pressed linen box and a separate suite for your photographer.

The first step is to submit an inquiry form. We will reach out with a few more questions to learn more about you and your big day. We will also invite you to schedule a call to discuss your ideas if you'd like! It is never too early to start the custom paper process. The sooner we get you on our calendar, the more time we have to dream up your designs!
We will send over a custom design board for inspiration and three packages at different price points. You can review, ask questions, or choose which package you would like to start with. There is no pressure to make final decisions on print methods, embellishments, or other upgrades - those can always be added on during the design process!
We require a contract and 50% retainer to secure your date on our calendar - which will be sent over in an email after a package is selected. Then we pop some champagne because you are officially a Sincerely Rachel couple! From here, I will send along timelines, welcome boxes and all the goodies to get you setup for the next steps of our process.
